How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Log in to your PayPal account, go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, find Romow, and click Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Are my files kept private?

Yes. Your files are processed on our secure servers and automatically deleted after 24 hours. We never share, sell, or store your documents beyond what is needed to process your job. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is the file size limit?

Free and pay-per-file users can upload PDFs up to 3 MB. Pro subscribers can upload files up to 50 MB. If you need to process larger files regularly, Pro is the best option.
What are the 3 free uses?

Can I use the tools without an account?

Is redaction truly permanent?

Yes. Our redaction uses Ghostscript to permanently overwrite the selected content with solid black (or white/gray) rectangles. The original text cannot be recovered — it is not just covered with an overlay. The output PDF has no hidden layers.
