Good concept, execution varies

After 14 months of using UtilityMap AI, I have a balanced view. The AI quality is good for UX design but inconsistent for more complex requests. The pricing is fair. Support has been helpful when I have reached out. It is not a perfect product but it is useful enough that I keep renewing.

Game changer for my workflow

The autocomplete capability is unlike anything else I have used. We were handling data analysis manually before and it was a painful process. UtilityMap AI automated 80% of it and the remaining 20% is much easier to review. Integration with our existing stack was straightforward too.

Saves me hours every week

The version history capability is unlike anything else I have used. We were handling email drafting manually before and it was a painful process. UtilityMap AI automated 80% of it and the remaining 20% is much easier to review. Integration with our existing stack was straightforward too.
