Romow ("we", "us", "our") operates the products directory at https://www.romow.com. Our contact email is privacy@romow.com.

2. What data we collect
- Submission data: name, email, tool URL, description. Used only to review and list your tool.
- Account data: email address and password (bcrypt-hashed). Used to authenticate you.
- Usage data: pages visited, search queries (anonymised). Used to improve the directory.
- Cookies: session cookies (strictly necessary) and optional analytics cookies (only if you consent).
- Payment data: order amounts and gateway transaction IDs. We never store card numbers.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of: (a) contractual necessity (submissions, accounts); (b) legitimate interest (security, spam prevention, anonymous analytics); (c) consent (optional analytics cookies).

4. How long we keep data
Submission records are kept for 3 years. Account data until you delete your account. Server logs are purged after 30 days.

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share minimal data with: PayPal / NOWPayments (payment processors) and our hosting provider (infrastructure only).

6. Your rights (EU/EEA users)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@romow.com with requests.
