Good tool with some quirks

After 14 months of using ChatGPT, I have a balanced view. The AI quality is good for workflow automation but inconsistent for more complex requests. The pricing is fair. Support has been helpful when I have reached out. It is not a perfect product but it is useful enough that I keep renewing.

Gets the job done mostly

ChatGPT does what it advertises, which is more than many AI tools can say. I would not call it revolutionary but it is practically useful. My workflow for writing reports has improved meaningfully.
