This valley is not far from the Valley of the Pharaohs and worth the short travel.
Aside from historic adventures, Egypt is also home to fabulous beaches. For those who seek to take a break from the scorching heat, Alexandria is the place to be. The best time to visit Egypt if Alexandria is part of the itinerary is summer (June-August). During these months, the average temperature is 40°C which may be uncomfortable for walking in the streets but perfect for wading in the beach. Summer months are busy in the coast so hotel bookings must be made a few months in advance.
