The GPSMAP 76CSx Hand-held model is very popular in marine and outdoor usage because of the rugged and waterproof design along with the removable 128MB microSD (San Disc) card that contains detailed memory mapping. The micro SD card slot is also located within the protective battery container to provide for total and absolute waterproofing when on the waters.
