Many of the previous visitors are just as impressed with the actual Magna building as they are with the exhibits themselves. Food is available within the center itself, making this a wonderfully exciting day trip the whole family will enjoy. One tip is to get to this attraction early, as the center is extremely popular and tends to get crowded pretty quickly.
Clifton Park Museum
This small but quaint museum offers a real taste of Rotherham life. The museum is owned by the council of Rotherham, but visitors are welcomed with open arms. If you are interested in seeing some extensive collections of medals, coins, and decorative arts, this is going to be a very exciting place for you to visit. Many of the exhibits also focus on the industrial side of Rotherham. In the golden era, this was the home to the iron and steel industry, but after the depression, new ways have been found to make Rotherham famous. Next to the museum, there are some nice bars, eateries, and cafes. The area is perfect for a nice peaceful day out.
