Texas Donates $3 Billion to Find Cancer Cure

There are two important cures that the health industry has been lacking for years. The first is a cure to AIDS. A vaccination, which has proven to be about 30% effective, has recently made the news. While there is still no cure, it is safe to say that we are getting closer to learning how to prevent HIV. Science is certainly advancing over the years, and we can only hope that in the future, there will be a cure for HIV. There is no doubt that the new vaccination seems to be a step in the right direction.

The World Health Organization released the life expectancy results as of 2007 and Japan tops the list with an average life expectancy of 83 years. Amazingly, in spite of being one of the richest Countries in the world, the United States placed well back on the list with an average age expectancy of only 78 years. Stockholm, a city that has been studied extensively by the Karolindka Institute, has found a direct link between HPV (human papillomavirus) and tonsil cancer.
