1. Walking – This particular activity is actually considered to be as the best form of exercise. Walking for at least thirty minutes a day will make sure that you get all the right amount of exercise which your body needs for the day. This activity can also cost you to save up on some gasoline especially if you need to run a few errands. Walking works wonders in getting rid of those unwanted cellulite because you get to use up your thighs and your legs while doing the said activity.

2. Swimming – This is also a great way of removing your cellulite. When swimming you mainly use your legs to propel you on the water either forward or backward. The pressure that the water naturally applies on your legs serves as the resistance that tones your leg muscles and thus prevents it from accumulating cellulites. Swimming can also tone your arms and also strengthen your heart and lungs through proper breathing techniques.

3. Calisthenics – And with these it does not necessarily mean that you have to do gymnastics in order to naturally get rid of cellulites. Dancing and aerobics are just two types of calisthenics activities which you can do to effectively get rid off unwanted cellulites. Calisthenics also tones your body muscles and what makes it all the more better is the fact that it can be something which you actually enjoy. What makes calisthenics an effective way of removing cellulites is that it employs the use of repetitive and rhythmic motions. This helps make sure that your muscles are properly used to engage in the activities.

I am not convinced that exercise does the trick. I have been exercising for years..THough I do not have a lot of cellulite…there still remains a bit…However if there have not been good results from creams why spend the money…I guesss we all want to find natural ways to stay gorgeous…carol stanley author “For Kids 59.99 and Over: http://www.carolstanley1.com
