Common constipation, according to recent studies, affects 30% of the world’s population on a daily basis. Yes, that is how common this digestive irregularity is. The general consensus is: children below the age of ten and women of all ages are the ones who suffer most from this medical condition. The good news is: most cases of common constipation are curable. Now, there is a difference between common constipation and chronic constipation. Chronic simply means that you have more bouts of constipation than you care to remember, and our recommendation here is for you to seek medical assistance. Chronic constipation may be an underlying condition for more serious illnesses and would thereby need immediate diagnosis.
On the other hand, people who suffer from common constipation experience a hard time passing stool with infrequency. In some cases, there may even be slight to severe pain. Sometimes, there may even be cases when the pain becomes unbearable that people avoid doing no.2 altogether. But that lack of, shall we say, bowel release may cause the abdomen to become slightly distended and can literally weigh a person down. However, if that person strains too much while on the throne, just to relieve him/her of the baggage can leads to more serious complications like the development of anal fissures and hemorrhoids. These last two aforementioned conditions are not only more aggravating to the person, but would need medical attention as well.
Nonetheless, the question being posed here is whether or not common constipation treatments should remain organic or inorganic? Organic means the treatment should not include medicines or any surgical operations. And for the lot of us, this is a better option. Nonetheless, because there are so many reasons as to why a person suffers from constipation, it might be a good thing to ask your doctor for advice.
Organic treatments usually go well if you are at the peak of health and happen to only have a slight bowel obstruction. Some of the more common organic treatments include: more water intake, and adding a bigger volume of fiber into your diet.
Water naturally enough is essential to human digestion. Unfortunately, some of us think that soda and beer and liquor are water substitutes, when in fact, these only contribute to our bowel being more packed and cramped. The conventional wisdom is that one should take at least 8 glasses of water a day; but doctors are advising that you should take more when the weather is hot, and even more so when the weather turns cold. This may sound counterintuitive, but in regards to digestion, our bodies tend to slow down metabolism when the weather turns cool to cold. Water should help make breaking down our food a lot faster.
Supplementary fibers are not substitutes to natural fibers. To make common constipation treatments more organic, you should be adding more natural fibers to your diet. These fibers can be naturally found in most fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. If you can skip the white bread for your meals, you may want to substitute more fiber rich breads like wholemeal, whole grain, granary, etc. Rye bread has the highest fiber content of all wholemeal breads.

[...] It’s also an ideal natural solution for constipation. The rich content of pectin in the vinegar is essential in normalizing the stomach’s acid levels and thereby assists in bowel movement. Two tablespoons of the vinegar diluted in 8 ounces of water, taken 3 times a day should be able to relieve constipation problems. [...]
