Bigger Breast Without Surgery

Here are some tips on how to get bigger breasts without having surgery.

Some are born with big breast genes

Some women are really inclined to have bigger breasts than others. It comes natural to them. It’s an act of nature where they are benefited naturally. Truly sometimes God is unfair. Some are just not blessed to have bigger breasts than others. If you’re one of the lucky ones, then be glad you have them. Be proud for what you have, check the breast sizes of immediate relatives like your mom, your aunts, even your grandma or your other sisters. It’s probable a gene thing that runs in your family.

breastWork on your chest muscles

Behind adipose tissues located in your breasts are muscles. The muscles located on the chest are called pectorals. In theory, if you tone these muscles behind the adipose tissue, you can have bigger breasts. Therefore by applying stress to these muscles, the cells that make it up enlarge. The enlargement reaction of these cells is a coping mechanism against the stress applied to it. The enlargement thus pushes your breasts forward, making them bigger. Search the web for suggested exercises. Schedule these exercises into your day and work those muscles out. Try it and judge the changes over a period of time.

Buy push up bras

Survey the web or read some of the girl magazines to find more on this. Try looking for wonder bras that not only push your boobs up but also give your chest contour to create that image you like. I once saw a bra brand like this featured in Oprah. There are several types of bras in different sizes and colors. You can try consulting with an image consultant or just walk in a Victoria Secret outlet and ask store attendant for recommendations.

Try a pill

How many times have we seen banner ads, commercials even websites that promote bigger breast enhancement without going under the knife? There are millions of them! Often these ads are related to take some sort of pill. According to them, this pill that came from an herb somewhere can naturally increase breast size if taken regularly and timely. I’m no fan of these sorts of deals but if you think about why are they proliferating! There are so many of them that claim their pill do work, I guess some really do. If ever you do decide to try one, just make sure it is approved by FDA. Check the contents first with your doctor.

Get more weight

Let’s analyze breasts. They really are but excess adipose tissue. For your information adipose tissue equals to nothing else but fat. So if you gain weight and store some fat, your breasts will naturally grow bigger. Try it, this works. Have you ever seen a fat girl with small breasts? I’m not saying you get obese. But if you tried gaining a little weight, you will get fat deposits with that slender body of yours. These fats can actually make your breasts bigger than usual.

Choose your clothing

Project an image of having bigger breasts by working on the clothing you wear everyday. With clothing technology today, you can create deception and fool the naked eye. Chat with people in the fashion industry and ask for clothing tips.

Love what you got

Most of the times, it’s all about developing the right self image. How come ramp models with pencil figures can get away with it? They may not be blessed with bigger breasts but they use their long legs and well defined butts to compensate. You can too if you try.
