R&B singer Usher Raymond recently filed for divorce from his wife, Tameka Foster Raymond. The couple has been married for almost two years now. Usher and Tameka Raymond have also given birth to two sons. Their names are Usher Raymond V, who is 18 months, and Naviyd, who is 6 months. Tameka has two other children from a previous marriage.

People reports that Tameka was seen at a shoot for the filming of Eddie Murphy’s new movie the night before Usher filed for divorce. Although she looked happy and was dressed well enough to impress, sources said that the model also appeared to be very mellow. Could it be that she knew that Usher was filing for divorce? It does not seem as though this would be surprising at all.

Usher, who is 30 years old, and Tameka, who is 38, have been having marital problems for quite some time now, apparently. According to People, the couple has been leading separate lives for months now. Usher is in the process of recording his next album, and sources have told People that he’s kept Tameka away. This is often what happens when singers are in the process of working on a new project. Many of them spend so much time by themselves that their significant others appear to be forgotten.

Usher’s new album will be called Monster. Some of the people who he is collaborating with on the new album include Jermaine Dupri, Pharrell, and Ne-Yo. Monster will be Usher’s sixth album to be released by a studio and most of his fans have very high hopes for it.

In addition to working on his new music, Usher has also been doing some acting. He has been featured in a new movie called Five Killers, where he will star with Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher. Five Killers will be released in 2010. Usher will also have a role in the fourth Shrek movie, Shrek Forever After.

There is no doubt that Usher has been up to a lot lately. It is unfortunate that his marriage with Tameka Foster Raymond did not work out. However, this gives fans of the R&B singer new hope. Usher is the most well known for his songs which focus on breaking up, such as “U Got it Bad” and “Burn.” He is also known for his racier songs, such as “You Make Me Wanna.” Fans have been disappointed for quite some time now because Usher has not released that many songs similar to what he used to do. Will the newly single Usher be able to produce some great new songs that will please fans? Only time will tell! We will have to wait and see what types of songs are released on Monster.
