Prince Andrew seems to keep strange company. In a recent visit to LA he reportedly stopped Courtney Love’s pad looking for a wild party. He was disappointed when he showed up in the wee hours to find Love, the wild rocker and widow of former Nirvana star Kurt Cobain , alone. She made him a cup of tea for him and her bodyguard . She said: “Prince Andrew turns up at my house at 1 am and he wants to party. He had come to Hollywood to look for chicks. I don’t know what he expected at my house.” Love gave her account of the strange night on a late night talk show in Britain.
So, is this strange account true? Is Prince Andrew a wild party animal looking to get in with the Rock N Roll ‘it’ crowd. Yes and no says Prince Andrew’s spokesman. He says that the Prince did visit but it was over 6 years ago. Love says that it happened on Friday. There is no disputing the fact that he did visit because the wild rock star has pictures of him at the house. To make matters worse for the wild royal family is that Love donned a phony Queen outfit and openly made fun of the family on the late night show that she made the allegations.
Prince Andrew is known to be a lady’s man. He has been involved in several scandalous relationships since his divorce to Sarah Ferguson. Courtney Love has been in a lot of trouble after a successful music and film career. She has been involved in a number of high profile drug busts and has acted erraticly in court. One judge made her seek psychiatric counseling after acting strangely in court. Thats what makes you wonder why a Prince would want to associate with someone like Love. Maybe he wasn’t just looking for some female companionship but maybe he wanted a little ‘fix.’
