In July of 2010, the third installment of Meet the Parents will be released. As one could probably guess, the movie is much awaited. The Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers movies have so far been centered on the relationship between Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) and 
his father in law, Jack Byrnes (Robert DeNiro). We can expect to see most of the same funny faces, and most likely a similar story line, as that of the former Meet the Parents movie. This time there is going to be something slightly different about this movie, however. Apparently, there will be a new cast member added to the third installment, “Little Fockers.”
The new Meet the Parents cast member will be Jessica Alba, who is most well known for her role in the chick flick Good Luck Chuck, where she starred alongside Dane Cook. According to E!Online News, Jessica Alba will be playing a “sexy pharmaceutical rep.” Other sources have reported that her character will have an effect on most of the male characters in the movie. It is likely that this will create some awkwardly hilarious scenes between Greg and his father in law, who he often has to walk on eggshells around in the movie series. Jack Byrnes, who is very critical of his son in law, will likely accuse of him of doing something during the most intimate time of a couple’s marriage - pregnancy.
Pregnancy? Yes, that’s right. There are going to be baby Fockers. As the title implies, the movie Little Fockers is going to be about the arrival a baby…or perhaps, babies. It is likely that we will get to see the moments in the couple’s marriage, all leading up to the day of labor. Rumor has been that Little Fockers will focus on Greg and his wife Pamela Byrnes-Focker (Teri Polo) as they journey into parenthood, which will most likely consist of twins. The title of the movie, which is Little Fockers rather than Little Focker, seems to confirm that this idea very well could be true.
Most of the original characters from the first two movies will be appearing in the third one. This includes DeNiro, Stiller, and Polo. Barbara Streisand and Dustin Hoffman, who play the parents of Greg Focker in the second movie, Meet the Fockers, will also be making an appearance in the movie. Many people were afraid that the movie couple would not appear in the third film, but so far, it seems that they definitely will be. Owen Wilson, who plays Pam’s ex boyfriend in the movies, will make a funny appearance in Little Fockers.
It should be interesting to see what type of audience Jessica Alba will bring to the Meet the Parents series. The movies, which were highly successful in the past due to their comical nature, are likely to become even more successful. Jessica Alba, who has mainly gained a lot of popularity due to her appearance, has starred in quite a few movies which were highly successful or very well known. Some examples aside from Good Luck Chuck include The Eye, Honey, and the Love Guru.
