Without thinking twice, most parents see no harm in going with the norms and sending their children to a public school, after all it is free education that is paid for by their tax. Besides, most of the people they know, including themselves, were educated in a public school and they turned out okay. Looking deeper in a government-provided educational system will make them realize that their children deserve better.
