We all know that looking for something free online is really dangerous especially when you’re looking for the software to use. Hundreds of software exist for the purpose that you like and some of them may contain harmful files that may destroy your computer. Even worst the software also acts as a spyware eager to take a look at your personal profiles.

But I have to tell you, such software exists. And thank goodness, they are basically free, no strings attached. You will certainly not know how they earn money but once you install the software you will understand. Here are some of the softwares I had this month whic are all free. All of these softwares are very easy to use and they only ask a simple donation to keep them alive or be enthusiastic for sometime.

FreeRAM XP Pro 1.52 – this very simple software worked like magic for me. Once installed, FreeRam increased the speed of my computer by checking my RAM constantly to make sure only the important processes are running in physical memory. Somehow it will balance the speed of the computer and the memory it will use. This is perfect for anyone who thinks that their computer is too slow. This less than 1MB software will run a diagnostic and before you know it, it’s already done. You’ll also have a chart that will tell you how many percent of your RAM is being used.

FlashGet 1.9.2 – One of the simplest tool and the smartest I think in terms of downloading stuffs online. Traditionally you may be required to download files of specific format using related software only. For example, you need to have a torrent software to download files from torrent and another software from ed2k. Flashget will take care all of them in one software. This software is able to download files from standard HTTP, HTTPS, BT, ed2k. No need to have all other softwares running at the back of your system.

WebFerret 6.0 – Another simple tool that may be helpful for researchers out there. Most of the time, we find it quite dragging to go to each of the search engine and place the information over and over again. Why not take them all together and with just one search all results will be displayed. Fortunately, WebFerret does just that. It will search all the known search engines and will display them all in one page.

Spybot – One of the nastiest things that could happen to you is to be a victim of identity theft. As we have indicated, some of the softwares that you have downloaded have malicious codes in it that can retrieve personal data about you. You may think twice about Spybot since it’s a anti-spyware software that could have spyware itself. So far, I haven’t had any problems with this software and it does the job just fine.
