Often the first one you find won’t be the cheapest, you need to dig deep to find the cheap ones but it’s completely worth saving up to 10% on fees by doing so. If you can find someone at 10%, then the loan isn’t too bad on the interest fees and is more manageable than a 20% fee. So ideally stick near 10% or look for a new company.
