This will cause them to not only have a more active voice while writing, but also allow them to bring in information that others less interested in the subject wouldn’t even know to write about.

One of the standard reactions that most writers have when they feel they’ve run out of things to write about is to stop writing. This is the exact opposite reaction a writer should have. When a writer forces himself to continue writing, whether it means turning out copy that will be useful or not, they at least present themselves with the option of producing something useful or coming up with an idea that will lead them to producing something useful.
