Soft rock songs of the seventies are kind of like a cool drink on a hot summer day. Whether you grew up during this wonderful decade, or you were already grown, perhaps no other decade is as identifiable with it’s music as the seventies. Soft rock hits bring memories of some kind back to anyone that was around back then. For me, it brings back the hot summer days of my youth, and the beginning of my infatuation with girls. Because of the heartfelt emotion in the soft rock songs of the seventies, they take me back to my first crush, my first kiss, and even my first heartbreak. A top five list of this kind was nearly impossible to do, so I went with my own personal favorites. Here are my personal top five soft rock songs of the seventies:

Music Fests In December
As the 4th quarter of the year approaches and the big summer music festivals have passed, many may feel down knowing that next summer is a year away – as well as the huge music festivals. A good line up of music festivals for 2009 are already being promoted in their respective websites and music lovers are booking as early as a year away. This is a good move for the serious music fest fans who need to travel half way across the globe to attend as tickets usually run out months before the event. Music festival fanatics need not wait too long to attend a gathering of the music souls as there are events still to watch out for. Music events as big as the Coachella may not be around the corner but there are still a good number of upcoming exciting music festivals to look forward to for the remaining part of the year!

Guitar Tab Software - Reading Guitar Tablature Online
In one time of our lives we dreamed we would be one of those rock stars who have millions of followers across the world. They will play their guitar in front of thousands of screaming fans and being featured not only in popular rock magazines but also revered as some of the guitar legends. Some of us may have experience with a guitar, but we just can’t seem to get thing underway because some songs that we love are just too difficult to read. Tablatures (guitar guide for playing a specific song) don’t seem to give you the right sound. Then one day, you just give it all up.
Guitar Software - Computer-Aided Music
Computers have greatly affected our way of life. In the world of music, there is software out there that is developed for the use of all musicians. Composers, producers and artists use computer software to influence songs and to make better sounds, and even music teachers use computers to teach their students. In the guitar world, many enthusiasts also turn to computers as well as online communities for help. Video tutorials, forums and websites are created to help the enthusiasts develop their skills and ultimately create their own kind of music. Songs are being translated into tablatures so that each would have the opportunity to play the song to the nearest sound the original artists did.
