Terms and Conditions
This Agreement, the Romow Directory Affiliate Agreement (�Agreement�) is effective as of the date the Affiliate applies to become an affiliate and is between Romow.com and the Affiliate. The term of this agreement commences once the application to become an Affiliate has been approved by Romow.com, and may end when terminated by either party. Either Romow.com or the Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by notifying the other in writing of their intention to terminate the agreement. Romow.com has right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and at the sole discretion of Romow.com, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this website. Modifications may include changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules. Should the Affiliate deem any modification unacceptable, the only recourse is to terminate this agreement. The Affiliate�s continued participation in the Affiliate program following Romow.com�s posting of a change or new agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the change. Romow.com will provide all information to allow the Affiliate to make appropriate text link ads and banner ads from the Affiliate�s website to the Romow.com website. Romow.com will track the paid directory submissions referred from the Affiliates website to Romow.com, and will provide information to the Affiliate regarding their generated traffic and paid submissions. The Affiliate will ensure that at all times they promote and represent Romow.com services in a manner that will refer the maximum number of customers to Romow.com. The Affiliate agrees to prominently display any relevant text link and/or banner to ensure that the above condition is met. The Affiliate agrees to represent Romow.com to the best of its abilities and shall not directly or indirectly refer to Romow.com in any fashion that would be deemed derogatory or desultory, not will the Affiliate act in a fashion that may damage the reputation of Romow.com. Affiliates are only eligible to earn referral fees on paid submissions occurring during the term of this agreement and any fees earned through to the date of termination of this agreement shall remain payable. The amount owing to the Affiliate for any period will be a one-time fee as per the values stated in http://www.romow.com/affiliate/. The Commission rate is subject to change at any time. Affiliate�s commission sale mature after a period of 30 days from the date of the referred customer�s paid submission. All payments to Affiliate will be made once the total sum of all mature and valid commissions in Affiliate�s account are greater than or equal to $50.00. All payments are made on the 1st of each applicable month via PayPal. Romow.com shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if Romow.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Romow.com's aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement. The Affiliate agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless Romow.com from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney�s fees (�Liabilities�) asserted against Romow.com, its agents, its customers, servants, officers, and employees, that it may initiate or that may arise related in any way to the Affiliates business involving Romow.com.

Affiliate Program Features

Commission type is "Pay-Per-Sale." For each paid submission you referred to us, you will be paid 25% of the submission fee paid.
$50 minimum balance is required for payout.
Each commission earned will be held for a period of 30 days for fraud protection before it becomes available for payout.
Payments for any eligible outstanding balance will be made via PayPal on the first day of each month.
